Suspect in Russian General’s Killing Detained Outside of Moscow

The suspect, a 29-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan, confessed to planting the bomb that killed Lt. Gen. Igor Kirillov in Moscow, a spokeswoman for Russian prosecutors said.
